Where a family begins
Obstetrics, fertility and paediatrics under one roof in Jeddah — so the hospital that helps you conceive is the hospital that delivers your baby and looks after your child.
The longest wait deserves the best team
Our assisted-reproduction centre runs its own embryology laboratory, with one consultant who stays with you from the first test to the first heartbeat.
Cared for from the first breath
A neonatal unit on the same floor as our delivery suites, and a paediatric team who will still be your child’s doctors years from now.

Where a family is looked after, in one place
Most people arrive here at a moment that matters. You are hoping for a pregnancy, carrying one, or holding a child you are worried about. Whichever it is, you should not have to explain yourself twice, chase your own results, or be sent somewhere else halfway through.
That is the whole reason Aya exists. We were founded as the first specialist hospital for women in the Western Region, and we have deliberately stayed small enough that your consultant knows your name and your file. Obstetrics, fertility and paediatrics work in the same corridors, so your care moves with you rather than starting again at each stage.
Our mission is exceptional, comprehensive care built on international standards — the latest technology in every clinical field, and the most distinguished medical and administrative talent, so that patients are served with honesty, respect and trust.
Our vision is to lead in care for women, childbirth, fertility and children, and to be the first and best in the Kingdom.
Our values are Islamic principles, excellence, ethics, an understanding of what our patients actually need, teamwork, safety and responsibility.
With warm regards,The team at Aya Specialist Hospital

Five days that change everything
From fertilisation to blastocyst, watched hour by hour in our own laboratory.
Inside the IVF CentreWhat is different about being treated here
Not slogans — the specific things patients tell us made the difference.
Three specialties, one hospital
Obstetrics, fertility and paediatrics sit in the same building. A woman who conceives with us is delivered by us, and her baby is looked after on the same floor — no referrals, no starting again elsewhere.
Care led by women, for women
Our obstetrics and gynaecology clinics are led by senior female consultants, with female nursing throughout — so that modesty is never something you have to ask for.
A fertility centre with its own laboratory
Our IVF unit runs an on-site embryology laboratory with controlled air handling and continuous monitoring, so your embryos never leave the building.
Open every hour of the year
Emergency obstetrics, paediatrics and pharmacy run 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Labour does not keep office hours, and neither do we.
Rooms that feel like rest
Private and VIP maternity suites with room for your family to stay, so the first days with your baby happen somewhere calm.
Care in your language
Consultations in Arabic and English, with the major insurers accepted and a booking team that will tell you what is covered before you arrive.

A decade of first breaths
Aya was built as the first specialist women’s hospital in the Western Region. These are the numbers behind that.

A teaching hospital, not just a treating one
Aya Academy is our education and research arm — training the next generation of clinicians, keeping our own staff current, and contributing to the evidence base in women’s and children’s health.
Life support courses
Accredited resuscitation training for clinical staff and for visiting practitioners — basic and advanced life support, neonatal resuscitation, and obstetric emergency drills run on our own wards.
Residency training — SCFHS accredited
A residency programme accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, with structured rotations, supervised operating and clinic lists, and consultant-led teaching throughout.
Research
Clinical research in obstetrics, assisted reproduction and neonatal care — audit, outcome registries and collaborative studies, so that what we do here is measured rather than assumed.
IVF Fellowship Programme — SCFHS accredited
A subspecialty fellowship in reproductive medicine and assisted conception, accredited by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, trained inside our own embryology laboratory and fertility clinics.
In their own words
A wonderful hospital with a wonderful medical team — from the doctors to the nurses, in the emergency department, in the delivery room and after the birth. Thank you so much for the care you gave my daughter during and after her delivery, and thank you to the social worker, Reem, for her kindness and lovely manner. Thank you, Aya Specialist.
Translated from ArabicThank you to Dr. Amani Alharbi, may God bless her. She was so thorough with my son, so kind and so caring, and we were treated wonderfully. Thank you to her.
Translated from ArabicI had my fourth caesarean with Dr. Mohammed Al-Najjar. A wonderful doctor — his manners and his cheerfulness really put a patient at ease. One of the quickest recoveries I have had. Thank you, Dr. Mohammed.
Translated from ArabicTruly one of the greatest hospitals I have dealt with for births — the doctors, the nurses and the administrators. Special thanks to Dr. Aisha Basheer, who followed my premature delivery, to Dr. Suad, and to all the staff. Heartfelt thanks to Aya Hospital.
Translated from ArabicMy son had his circumcision with Dr. Ali Badawi. All my thanks and appreciation to him.
Translated from ArabicIn the laboratory, Ghala has such a gentle hand, mashallah, and such a respectful manner. May God give her strength.
Translated from ArabicThings patients ask us first
If you are under 35 and have been trying to conceive for twelve months without success, it is reasonable to ask for an assessment. If you are 35 or older, come after six months. Come sooner if you have irregular or absent periods, known endometriosis, previous pelvic surgery, or more than one miscarriage. Fertility is a two-person question, so we assess both partners from the start.
Your first visit takes about 45 minutes. We confirm the pregnancy and dating with an ultrasound, take a full medical and obstetric history, run baseline blood tests, and agree a schedule of visits with you. You will leave knowing who your consultant is, when your next appointment is, and what number to call at any hour.
Yes. Our private and VIP maternity suites have space for a companion to stay overnight, and your husband is welcome in the delivery room. Tell us at booking so we can allocate the right room.
Aya works with the major insurers operating in the Kingdom. Coverage differs between policies, particularly for fertility treatment, so our booking team will check your policy and tell you what is covered and what is not before you come in. Call 920012342 with your card to hand.
Yes. Eggs, sperm and embryos are handled in our own embryology laboratory inside the hospital, under continuous temperature and air-quality monitoring. Nothing is transported to another facility.
Our neonatal unit is on the same floor as the delivery suites, staffed around the clock and led by a consultant paediatrician. Babies who need support do not leave the building, and parents have access to the unit outside general visiting hours.
Tell us when suits you.
We will call to confirm.
Fill in the form and our booking team will call you back on the number you give. If it is urgent, or you are in labour, call us instead — someone answers at every hour.
